Our annual manager’s conference, Thrive 2023, took place in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, from November 20th to 21st last year. Over 100 managers from Sourcing and Anko GCC joined forces with Kmart and Target leadership to celebrate the integration of Kmart and Target as one business with two distinctive brands.

This gathering not only embraced new opportunities arising from this merger but also embodied the motto of “Stronger Together.”

The conference was filled with interactive sessions on leadership development and team building. Day one started with a lively Zumba session and ended with a grand Cocktail Reception where team members across locations got a chance to bond with each other.

The conference covered key aspects of Kmart & Target’s strategy, including product strategies, sustainability, and supply chain. The agenda provided a comprehensive overview of the organization’s direction, sourcing digitization and end-to-end supply chain strategy.
