The offices of Kmart Australia Sourcing(KAS) and Target Australia Sourcing (TAS) in Bangladesh have now been consolidated within the existing KAS office effective 01 December 2020. The entire facility has been renovated to ensure a great workplace experience for our KAS and TAS Team Members. The co-location will promote shared values, cultural integration, and improved collaboration among the two teams. We can also expect synergies through standardization of services and best practice sharing.
The new consolidated office has a common reception, bigger cafeteria, prayer rooms, and breakout zones for team members to interact.
